Firstly, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that Zanzibar Hotel Booking does not provide, own or run any accommodation itself. We act solely as an intermediary between the website user and the hotels.

Anyone using www.zanzibar-holidays.net confirms that he or she is of a legal age and has the right to be using this website, and takes full responsibility, including legal implications, for all of his actions on this website.

1.Object

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) constitute the entire agreement, between you and us, about the use of our website. Any internet user accessing the website accepts, without any reserve, the GTS´s and acknowledges to have read, understood and agreed to them.

The GTC are liable to changes at any time and without notice. This right shall not affect the terms accepted by you upon a previous website use. You should check those terms, and you are bound by them each time you access the website or make a reservation.

2. Scope of our service

Through our website we act as an intermediary between you and the hotels, which can advertise their rooms for reservation. We display selected hotels on our website and we convey to them your reservation requests that are made through our website.

Although we carefully control the information provided, we are not in a position to verify and guarantee that all information is accurate, complete or correct; including information concerning the rates of the rooms. Only the confirmation email from the hotel may confirm the information concerning your reservation.

We cannot be held responsible for any errors and interruptions of information; inaccurate, misleading or untrue information; or non-delivery of information. We cannot assure you that any hotel will fit your expectation. We disclaim all responsibility for your decision to reserve any of the hotels displayed on our website.

3. Free of charge

Using our service generates no extra cost to you. We will not add any additional fees.

We disclaim any liability for the use of the website or in the event of an interruption on the website. For the same reasons, we can not be sued because of possible mistakes made concerning the information published on our website.

The hotels submit their prices to us, and they reserve the right to change their prices without notice. Only the confirmation email may confirm the price of the rooms. Although we make every effort to display accurate prices, changes or mistakes may occasionally happen.
We can not be held responsible for possible differences between prices on our website and the prices offered by the hotels.

All prices on our website are either per room and per night, or per person and per night, and may or may not include breakfast. They include all taxes and fees, except additional credit card fees, which the hotel may charge, or any other fees mentioned in the description of the hotel.

The currency converter, available on our website, is for information purpose only and should not be relied upon, since the actual rates may vary with time. Hotel’s local currency or US$ are the only currencies that matters for the exact establishment of the rates displayed on the website. For your information, Hotel’s local currency is presented in the descriptive of each displayed room.

5. Right of withdrawal, cancellation and no-show policy

By sending a reservation request from our website, you are committed to informing us directly if you would like to cancel or modify your reservation. In this case, you must contact us immediately. You can find the contact details of the hotel in the email sent by us at the end of the reservation process.

In case of repeated cancellations without notice, we reserve the right to inform our partner hotel of your behaviour and to deny you access to our website.
In case of late arrival, you have to inform the hotel and make sure your reservation is kept until your predicted arrival time. Please read the hotel’s policy because the hotel may reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you don’t arrive at the hotel before your predicted arrival time.
