After approval of the booking by the owner 15% of the room price have to be paid within 48 hours to confirm the booking.
Cancellation Charges:
If cancellation notice is received 14 days or later of the expected arrival date, 15% for whole period (total stay) is charged.
If cancellation notice is received 3 days prior to expected arrival date or later, 50% for whole period (total stay) is charged. The same policy applies to no-shows.
You will not be charged with the surety fee before the hotel has confirmed your booking.
