Once you are registered and have submitted all information about your hotel you are ready to receive bookings.

As soon as a booking request arrives you will get a notification by email. You only have to accept or decline each booking (therefore you do not need to always keep your availability updated).

In the case the booking will not be confirmed within 48 hours you can unblock the allocated room(s) and the reservation request will be deleted.

After the confirmation of his booking you will be informed and the booking is getting mandatory for both sides and your hotel policies will apply.
